HPL series twin screw extruders are widely used for masterbatch pelletizing production. Benefiting from high-torque structure, the machine features higher throughput and lower processing temperature compared with conventional low-torque extruders of equivalent dimension.

High output
The throughput is 1–2 times higher than same-size low-torque twin screw extruders from other manufacturers. The largest model achieves maximum throughput up to 12 t/h per unit.
Energy-saving
To reach identical production capacity, our smaller-sized extruder can replace larger-size equipment from competitors. For example, HPL51 delivers higher output than ordinary 65-type extruders, which helps reduce power consumption, raw material loss and workshop footprint. Heating rods replace traditional cast copper heaters to cut energy consumption by 15%–20%.

Long service life
The output shaft adopts unloaded bearing layout to effectively extend service life of vulnerable shaft bearings; the gearbox has a designed service life of 72,000 working hours (10 years).
